Working in a 9 to 5 job specially a software engineers day can be quite sedentary so I always make it a point to exercise 4 to 5 times a week.Personally I like doing Yoga mixed with a little bit of cardio or even jumping jacks works well for me.But we need to have that drive to wake up a little early every morning to take out some time for ourselves and to pump that blood rush in our body.As rightly noted by Robin Sharma “If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness”.

So every morning(if its weekday) i get up around 5:45 a.m. and after finishing my other morning rituals I start exercising from 7:30 for half an hour.As far as weekends are concerned I do not have to head to office so weekend exercise timings are quite flexible.I do not follow specific asanas or exercise pattern, as I feel just as it is always advised to follow a balanced diet and we get different nutrients from different foods similarly some asanas are good for back or some may be good for the legs. So doing different variations of asanas will not only remove that monotonous feeling but also focus on different parts of your body.
So get up a little early or maybe squeeze out some time in the evening and just walk or go for a run, move your body and do something for yourself today!

Wow, Congratulations superhuman for your planks for 1 min.
Thanks for sharing.
